We offer three unique elopement packages - each can be tailored to your needs.
Starting at $5,500
Includes: 3 nights stay in the Maple House for up to 4 guests, consultant during planning, day-of coordinator (4 hours), simple & sweet ceremony including arch, up to 6 hours photography, minimum 350 photos, medium bridal bouquet (or 2 small bouquets), boutonniere, additional vendor referrals (officiant, food, alternate photographer, hair, makeup etc)
Includes wedding coordination

Includes: 3 night stay in the Maple house for up to 4 guests, medium bridal bouquet (or 2 small bouquets), boutonniere, 3 hours of photography, minimum 200 photos, use of property for ceremony including arch, consult during planning, list of vendor referrals (alternate photographer, officiant, food, hair, makeup etc)

Unfortunately we are not pet friendly.
We specialize in intimate elopements, and our packages are designed for small groups. This allows for a private and personal experience for you and your closest loved ones. We can accommodate 6 guests in attendance for elopements. Please note the restrictions for how many guests are allowed to stay in the accommodations during your elopement. Maple house: 4 guests, Canopy house: 2 guests.

We can provide a list of recommended caterers in the area. We do not provide the food, or clean up the food - this is the responsibility of yourselves and/or the caterer. We will work with the caterers to assist with planning for your day.

Our friendly team will assist you in checking availability and provide you with a personalized quote based on your specific needs and preferences. While our calendar is released one year at a time, we allow those booking elopements to book in advance.
Yes! We have built a customized arch for the ceremony and designated a location on the property in the tree canopy. That said, if you are looking for a specific location, let us know during your consultation and we can discuss the options and any additional fees.
Yes! We can work with our local guides to travel to remote adventurous photo locations throughout McGregor Bay, Baie Finn, etc. Additional fees apply. Ask about these locations during your consultation. This option is available for up to 4 guests maximum.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved. It may vary depending on the circumstances of your cancellation and the package you have chosen. Please note, our cancellation policy only applies to the vendors provided and contracted by Among the Trees, any external vendors have their own cancellation policy and it is up to those parties to discuss those terms and conditions.
At the time of your booking, we will take a 50% deposit of the total amount, with the remaining 50% due 6 months before your date. If you are booking with less than 6 months notice, we will take the full fee upfront.
Each of our packages varies depending on what you are looking for. However, there is no officiant, caterer, or hair/makeup included in any of the packages.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the date you are looking for. We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. If you have a shorter timeline, reach out and we can discuss further.
